ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can not be canceled after being placed online. If you made a mistake in your shipping information please reach out to us at lauren@shopupstatethreads.com to see if we can correct the issue before the item ships.
ITEM DAMAGES
All items are inspected for damages if something slips past us contact lauren@shopupstatethreads.com within 7 days and include a picture & order number. Items reported after 7 days are NOT eligible for returns. Damages can only be claimed on UNWORN, UNWASHED items with a tag. Upstate Threads is not responsible for damages that took place after the item was worn.
SIZING GUIDE
Due to the nature of being a curated shop with many different brands, Upstate Threads does not have a shop wide sizing guide. All product descriptions include sizing information. All sale items over 40% are final and can NOT be returned for store credit, refunded, or exchanged. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS
