WHAT ABOUT MY GIFT CARD?
We know a few of you still have Upstate Threads gift cards, and we want to make sure you can use every bit of your balance! Here’s everything you need to know:
Q: I have a gift card from the storefront — can I still use it?
Yes! Any Upstate Threads gift card with an active balance can still be used online.
Q: How long is my gift card valid?
Gift cards remain valid for up to one year from the original issue date. After that time, any remaining balance will expire and no longer be available.
Q: How do I use my gift card online?
Just enter your gift card code at checkout, and the balance will automatically apply to your order total.
Q: Can I get a refund for my gift card?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, but they can be used toward any future online purchase while still valid.
WHAT ABOUT MY REWARDS POINTS?
We love rewarding our loyal shoppers — and our Upstate Threads Rewards Program isn’t going anywhere! 💕
Q: Are my existing rewards points still active?
Yes! All of your current rewards points are still active and will continue to accumulate with every online purchase. Nothing changes there!
Q: Have there been any updates to the rewards program?
Just one small change — all rewards now require a minimum purchase of $25 to be redeemed.
Q: How do I earn points?
You’ll continue to earn points automatically with every purchase made through our online shop. Keep an eye on your account or email updates for your current balance!
Q: Can I use my rewards online?
Absolutely! Your points and rewards can be redeemed online just like before — simply log into your account at checkout to apply them.
I NEED TO CANCEL MY ORDER
Orders can not be canceled after being placed online. If you made a mistake in your shipping information please reach out to us at lauren@shopupstatethreads.com to see if we can correct the issue before the item ships.
HOW FAST IS SHIPPING?
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 through USPS/UPS. Once you've placed your order, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at the customer's cost.
Upstate Threads is not responsible for incorrect shipping information; please double-check that you are entering the correct address. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at lauren@shopupstatethreads.com so we can adjust it if it has yet to be shipped.
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. Upstate Threads is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking has been confirmed. You must take any issues up with your local USPS.
OH NO MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED!
All items are inspected for damages if something slips past us contact lauren@shopupstatethreads.com within 3 days and include a picture & order number. Items reported after 3 days are NOT eligible for returns. Damages can only be claimed on UNWORN, UNWASHED items with a tag. Upstate Threads is not responsible for damages that took place after the item was worn.
WHAT IS YOUR SIZING GUIDE?
Due to the nature of being a curated shop with many different brands, Upstate Threads does not have a shop wide sizing guide. All product descriptions include sizing information. CAN I RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS?
All sale items that were purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final and can not be returned for store credit, refunded, or exchanged.
