Shipping policy

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders OVER $100 through USPS. Once you've placed your order, you can expect it to ship within 3-5 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm EST will be processed the following business day. Expedited shipping is available at the customer's cost. 

Upstate Threads is not responsible for incorrect shipping information; please double-check that you are entering the correct address. If you realize you entered the wrong address, please email us immediately at lauren@shopupstatethreads.com so we can adjust it if it has yet to be shipped.

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. Upstate Threads is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking has been confirmed. You must take any issues up with your local USPS.
