Returns are for SHOP CREDIT ONLY


Thank you for shopping with Upstate Threads. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from possession of your order.  For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 15 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items.  Upstate Threads has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.   

The store credit will be issued to the email or phone number provided. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for Upstate Threads to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upstate Threads is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

 Online purchases may be returned to our in-store location. Please have your confirmation email or packing slip ready upon request.

IN-STORE: To return in-store, simply bring your item(s) back to Upstate Threads during normal business hours and a sales associate will take care of it! 


FREE!!! A return label will be autogenerated for use after approval of return 

 Please note, returns may take 5-7 business days to process from the date of arrival. Once we receive your return we will inspect and make sure it is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and a store credit will be initiated.
