RETURNS 

Returns are for SHOP CREDIT ONLY

For both in-store and returns via mail, any eligible purchases must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of purchase.  Unless the item exchanged was due to a damage, or an issue on our end, items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered.  All shop credits, less the cost of shipping paid will be emailed or texted within 3-5 business days. Upstate Threads reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.

 Online purchases may be returned to our in-store location. Please have your confirmation email or packing slip ready upon request.

Accessories including but not limited to, jewelry, bags, hats, candles, slippers, bath bombs & salts and soaps are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

FINAL SALE purchases can NOT be returned or exchanged.

NOTE:  Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. Once we receive your return we will inspect and make sure it is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and a store credit will be initiated.  

FINAL SALE ITEMS All sale items are final and can not be returned for store credit, refunded, or exchanged.

 HOW TO RETURN 

To initiate a return, email lauren@shopupstatethreads.com, include your name, ordering number, what you are returning, and your reason for return. 

RETURN SHIPPING

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Upstate Threads does not cover return shipping & handling costs UNLESS the mistake was on our behalf. We advise getting a tracking number, as we are not responsible if your package gets lost or stolen.
