RETURNS - HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Upstate Threads. We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you purchased any eligible items between November 15th and December 31st and do not absolutely love your items, we will gladly issue a STORE CREDIT until January 15th, 2022. Items must be in NEW condition and cannot be worn, washed or altered. All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories & bodysuits are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Store credit will be issued via email or phone number with-in 3-5 days after the items are received via mail or at time of return in store. Upstate Threads reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
Online purchases may be returned to our in-store location. Please have your confirmation email or packing slip ready upon request.
Accessories including but not limited to, jewelry, bags, hats, candles, slippers, bath bombs & salts and soaps are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
NOTE: Original shipping costs are non-refundable
FINAL SALE ITEMS All sale items are final and can not be returned for store credit, refunded, or exchanged.

MAIL: Making an online return just got easier! Click the link above to get started on your return! A label will be generated. Just pack it up and tape it on!
IN-STORE: To return in-store, simply bring your item(s) back to Upstate Threads during normal business hours and a sales associate will take care of it!

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. Once we receive your return we will inspect and make sure it is unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and a store credit will be initiated.
