RETURN POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Upstate Threads. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from possession of your order. After this 30 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.
All sale items over 50%, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Upstate Threads has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.The store credit will be issued to the email or phone number provided. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for Upstate Threads to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upstate Threads is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Include your order number and reason for return.

All returns must be mailed within 20 days of your original order date.

Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT only — no refunds.

Store credit will be emailed to the address on file once your return is processed.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING
As long as the return falls within normal return criteria, returns via USPS are FREE. Once a return is initiated, a return label will be generated and sent to your email for you to use.
Upstate Threads is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
