RETURN  POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Upstate Threads. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from possession of your order.  For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue a store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 15 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 30 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered.

All sale items over 30%, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items.  Upstate Threads has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.   

The store credit will be issued to the email or phone number provided. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for Upstate Threads to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upstate Threads is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

 Online purchases may be returned to our in-store location. Please have your confirmation email or packing slip ready upon request.

MAIL: Making an online return just got easier! Click the link above to get started on your return! A label will be generated. Just pack it up and tape it on!

IN-STORE: To return in-store, simply bring your item(s) back to Upstate Threads during normal business hours and a sales associate will take care of it! 

NOTE: Online purchases may be returned to our in-store location. In store pick up purchases can be returned by mail, however, a return label will NOT be provided. Please have your confirmation email or packing slip ready upon request.

RETURN SHIPPING

As long as the return falls within normal return criteria, returns via USPS are FREE. Once a return is initiated, a return label will be generated and sent to your email for you to use. 

Upstate Threads is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
